You can't really get any more exact than that because there is a random factor involved as well. I have one player with 54 minutes and proficient GS and another with 66 minutes and proficient GS. Two players who played the same exact number of minutes could also see differences in their GS due to this random factor.

as for your starter playing too many minutes: try this: put your back up as starter, then tell your coach to decide , see what happens... :)


betends on the player sometimes you end up, that the player nearly play the whole game ;)
