I think the rankings are pretty good actually, but they heavily weigh B3 results/participation. To be fair, I don't pay much attention to how "accurate" they are past the top five though.

Anywho, I would win that ratio as well.

The Rank should be renamed "How did you do in the Cup?" Southsound is ranked 34th and I'm 32nd, while Lilburn (no offense but a team even I beat on the road by 25) is ranked 14th. I mean there are d.II teams that are 8-9 and 6-11 that are a few spots below me and Southsound.

In simple terms, it depends on how big the gaps are (what if the gap in points between you and #1 is huge?).

I think the world rankings prove that is not the case. There would be more separation between the Top 4 if it was.

World Rankings:

Heathens 11
Bulls 15
Ice 17
KDB 20
Lake Merritt 104

I think we can all just be happy that we're in the NBBA. We've obviously all done something right to get here and stay here.

What's the deal with bid? It makes no sense at all.

Leslie? I got him for 6m last year in a bid war. Listed him recently for 6.5m with a qoute that i was accepting offers. Current bidder is one of the guys that lost the bid war for him last season and offered 6m. I had planned to train him, he is very close in ID and REB pops, but was happy to take the 6m instead.

At least at this moment, that price is crazy. But good for you, I guess.

I think Coco is right that KDB is #1. I really don't know, but I'd guess that after considerable gap, Bulls might be second. A lot of their players were expensive when they bought them, despite (or because of) their moderate salaries. I also agree with Coco that success vs team value isn't a good way to measure a manager. For one thing, age is a huge factor in value, but it's just as easy to win in the short term with old players as young ones.
