Just because a bloke is monoskilled at age 21, doesn't mean he will be monoskilled by 26/27,

This is true.

i guess what we are trying to help eliminate are the extreme cases.
Like with Pham, he had atrocious passing and was 26 years old. even 2 full seasons of passing training would probably only get him up to Strong or thereabouts.
If this had been identified earlier, then a suitable buying/trainer could have been found. In the end, he did up being mono-skilled.
and perhaps in his case, maybe any effort wouldnt have made a difference because his younger trainer was a noob.

SO yer, i dont think its a case of blanket rule for all, just some general guidelines and monitoring to help prevent sad, sad, sad cases like Pham. im crying now. weeping, like during Gone with the Wind.

Some people just won't listen to advice. I assume he sold when he could not afford him anymore.
I'm advising some guys in 21 side to train 2ndaries as they would cap before doing if not done soon.

yes this is true and i was thinking of that when i was typing.

Perhaps again, this is a community issue that can be solved together?

Lets say, User XYZ has ATG trainee Joe Bloggs, and no matter what the NT or U21 manager say, fkn bainsy just wont train him how they want him. ... i mean... User XYZ. Joking bainsy!

anyways so if User XYZ doesn't care about that, then perhaps an incentive to put him on the market with a confirmed bidding price from another user would help the issue...
Hi Bainsy - i mean.. User XYZ>. look, your training of Player Joe Bloggs is shit, ill give you a million if you list him.

Dunno.. not sure about this dea, just throwing it out there. Im sure it happens already in some cases.

Australia (17)
Manager: DireWolf
Confederation: Asia

All 31 votes well done and hooray. Looking forward to having a lot more scrimmages now and getting a little buzz back. I am sorry it didn't work out with Brooksy, I voted for him and thought he would be good.

big congratulations to you Dire.
I think the only person who could have split the votes with you would have been WB.

I think you re going to do good job but how come only 31 people voted but 108 have voted on your approval? And 12% of them disapprove also. What have you done wrong?

That has clearly carried on from last season and means nothing right now.
