This depends also on tactics, but I think DR12 and HN11 minimum.

In U21 china i find SF with DV=10 and HN=11. It's enought?

This is not true. I have not seen any such effect.
I think you says about EE. Even the creators say that effect of EE not see when you train balanced player.

So far I did not see impact EE.

I saw only cross trainning effect.


Show me U21 top team where train 1on1 for SF?

I did not say what I think is the same U21 managers think. I know though OD is overtrained, that's why DR and IS are better than overtrained JS and JR. If there aren't any managers that don't train their SFs in 1 on 1, that doesn't mean this is like it should be. BB is not a stagnant game, but an evolving one and you have to adapt to the current situation. People are overtraining OD and JS, while not giving enough attention to PA and 1 on 1 training.
You haven't seen a positive EE beause you don't train 1 on 1. You've surely seen a negative EE though. How many times did you have to train your player in OD or JR for three weeks instead of two? I'm sure more than once.
