Everyone, the forum rules have been posted (205072.1). Please conform to them and do not get entangled in long discussions. It's becoming impossible to read this thread because of that. Just to be clear, posts need to be succinct and respectful, others will be deleted.

(39477495)

I had set my lineup like this

Eiss - Grzyniec - Grzyniec
Machado - Montana - Grzyniec
Garkajs - Montana - Grzyniec
Lemos Brito - Esteban Angulo - Nikolic
Magno Pasini - Nikolic - Esteban Angulo

However, Montana started over Garkajs.

Garkajs ended up playing a single garbage time minute as SG, as mentioned a couple times in the topic, his defensive position was switched, but that's something I've done for quite a while and never had any problem.

I'm sorry but you did it this way:

Eiss - Grzyniec - Grzyniec
Machado - Montana - Grzyniec
Montana- Montana - Grzyniec
Lemos Brito - Esteban Angulo - Nikolic
Magno Pasini - Nikolic - Esteban Angulo

In the following game (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/42297787/reportMatch.aspx) a wrong line-up had been used.

I've asked that Romeo Matas will be the starter PF, BUT Guy Timor had been the starter instead.
As a result, Matas had played at this game only 6 minutes and 9 minutes through out this week, and Timor has 100 minutes!!! this week.

I've verified that trying to set the same tactics for the next game...
At least it was a scrimmage, but it will affect my players GS and other.

And as expected that was what really happened:
1) Timor went from Strong to Respectable GS (instead of going to Proficient GS).
2) Matas went to Average instead going into Strong.
I believe that this could be fixed. Doesn't it?

You used the "use depth chart until fourth" coach setting. Using anything other than "strictly follow depth chart" can yield unpredictable minutes. It is a known bug which we be handled in the future.

I can understand "Unpredictable" minutes, but as you have said - it is a bug.

In addition, when your starter is not being on the opening five at the start of a game, and get the fewest minutes on that game comparing the entire roster.

As this bug had (luckily) only affected my players' GS, could you please just quick repair that for the time being [Meaning updating manually their GS to what it should have been]?

Thanks in advance

I'm sorry, but that's not possible. Sadly, the only thing I can do in this case is to advise not to use that coach setting until we fix the cause of the bug.

Sadly it is...
I was sure that manual operations for this kind of bugs where possible. I hope that I can fix this affect until playoff time.
Never mind...

From what you are saying - the coach settings is better not used altogether, as the result is unknown. Why not disabling it altogether, or using a note on the game setting (near that option) stating that?

We will consider putting a note there. We don't want to completely disable the option since beginners might not like losing it.

Why enabling a feature that is just not functioning well?
Beginners will just be pissed of when what I've faced will occur (if it was during a critical game or time, I wouldn't be so happy either).
Maybe that is needed to be reconsider.

We are adding some text in the game manual that will explain the use of those settings and the fact that only "Strictly Follow Depth Chart" should be used for training. The other settings are still usable, just not on games that you need fairly predictable minutes on.
