I did not say what I think is the same U21 managers think. I know though OD is overtrained, that's why DR and IS are better than overtrained JS and JR. If there aren't any managers that don't train their SFs in 1 on 1, that doesn't mean this is like it should be. BB is not a stagnant game, but an evolving one and you have to adapt to the current situation. People are overtraining OD and JS, while not giving enough attention to PA and 1 on 1 training.
You haven't seen a positive EE beause you don't train 1 on 1. You've surely seen a negative EE though. How many times did you have to train your player in OD or JR for three weeks instead of two? I'm sure more than once.

I lied :P I got all the teams compiled except for USA, Poland, Schweiz and Pilipinas. They will be looked at after they finalize their opening roster. Then the lists will be released! :)
