The point in the tournament is to be in the final, not to be defeat in the 1 or 2 leg.


Well, you can't make the final if you lose in an earlier elimination round.

I was told that the USA was "eliminated" at the last Worlds when we CTed Italy in the 2nd game.

If not for a missed layup at the buzzer in the semifinal, we'd have played for a World title.

The USA has played CT in 5 (yes, 5) of 7 Worlds games so far, and we're not in the best position, but we're alive, and that's all that counts.

England still has a chance to advance in the current tournament. Bosnia does not.

Yes that's true, their 1 % chances are better than our 0 %, but I'm happy, my team was better ;)
Better statistic, better tactic, and unluckily 1 point for them, it's not bad, you must agree...

Except it's certainly more than 1%

People need to ditch the idea that CT is an automatic team killer at the NT level.

It simply is not true.

did i miss something? is there a bug in the system and both england and bosnia were thrown out off the tournament? because to my knowledge england won the game and we are in the next round? what do you know that we dont know? How can you say both countries were eliminated?????

are we not sure that response wasnt made by some portugese friends but in disguise?? it only sounds to me like someone is a bad looser...

I made the right choice to stop posting on the general forums. too many people with an "attitude" are out there...


Well, well. You sure were funny. But why the hell would I want England to lose? I don't know if you noticed, but there are some topics from earlier games where I congratulated elboss for the win or for the good exibition. And another thing, if I wanted England to loose, I would have applied for another country NT and hope that I was in the same group as England. And that's stupid.
Just one more thing. If I were a bad looser, I had left this forum for a long time...
