If anyone wants to help out BBmailing managers with training plans for U21, please BBmail me. 1 person for guards and 1 person for bigs would be ideal.
If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

What not to do with a great trainee:
(a BBmail conversation with someone)
> > > You have an 18 year old hall of fame Canadian and you aren't training him!!!!!!!!!!
> > > Why?????????
> > > Please sell him so that someone can train him properly.
> > Yeah sorry I haven't given this game much time this season. But I'll give him some minutes and training.
> Just sell him. You've already wasted more than 10 pops you could have had on him.
If I sell him there's no guaranteeing that the guy that buys will train him properly either.
Sigh.
If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

If you can line up a capable manager to buy him for a reasonable rate, that may convince them? Otherwise, probably just work with them to try to train at this point, don't want to burn any bridges in case they get another solid prospect.

It's okay Kumiko :) I'm still willing to work and train my guy as best as possible :D. Hopefully more people start working with you, if not, I believe beanerz was looking for some good trainees

I wanna commend your work with lars intek, although i believe that in the long run it would be best to make calder your main trainee.

Yea, I know what you mean, after U21, I think Calder will be my main focus. He's just currently enjoying the training ride of Lars. My only downside to Lars is his DR :( I'm gonna definitely need to work it hard to get it up
