And 4 out of their 5 matches were LI this season going into our game. Curious indeed, but if any of us doubted, nobody said so in the offsite beforehand.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I always criticizsed blank lineup. It inflates ratings which dont reflect whats happening in game. Kind of like going into overtime. It is just a way to not have to do much research of opposing teams and look for favorable matchups. And now it lost Canada a game

I do believe it was the 3-2 that did us in, as well as bad luck, and not the BL.

3-2 alone wouldnt do it. ID was still good enough versus their IS, especially with OF vs our OD. And thats even without comparing our offensive ratings with their defense.

Also, random stuff happens... In real sports and in this game.

I went with a 3-2 because I figured they would go outside considering that their highest salary C was injured and their second highest was at respectable. Leaving them with two PFs and an inside oriented SF. They made no callups and so I figured even if they went inside it wouldnt matter. Somehow they still won.

true, but rarely when all aspects in a game based on mathematics point to one obvious solution which would be Canada's win. 3-2 was a viable choice, and maybe it hurt a bit, but that surely wasnt THE reason that we lost.

This game was was a fluke. Canada should have won, but didn't. That happens in sports sometimes, whether real or simulated. The important thing though is that it did not cost us first place in Pool B.

easy to criticize after a loss. Mod Bballing will have the boys ready for next game!!! ONWARD boys!

That wasn't my intention. Plus I've always felt that you need to be 100% sure that your opponent is playing an outside based offense to play an outside based defense.

And this is the reason because we played LI.

Edit: And 'cause we haven't nothing to lose.
