I've seen quite a few unrealistic builds on this thread, but here is a build that I am training my 6'10" MVP Potential player to become. I got the build from tinkering with rhyminsimon's training simulator for my player

13 3
16 15
17 16
17 17
8 6

He would be listed as a point guard but he would almost be a power forward. His salary would be about $90,000.

Although I may never transfer him, would this be a player that would sell for a ton of money, maybe above $5,000,000?

At what age would he reach these skills? That would affect the price.

He obviously has to play SF, because 16 OD won't cut it against an elite PG/SG but would be wasted on a PF/C (not to mention his lack of rebounding would be problematic defensively against a true big man). I think 17 ID would be overkill for a SF, so I personally would swap out 3-4 points of ID for REB. This would cause his salary to rise but it would make him a much better, more well-rounded player.

Thanks for the feedback. Back to the drawing board...

This build has a similar salary. What do you guys think?

That a bit better, IMO. He probably wouldn't be able to shoot jumpers and threes against guards with elite OD, but he could play defense as a guard/SF and rebound well.

Much better balance, but in a perfect world I'd like a little more passing on that player (13 is my personal minimum for an elite SF). It wouldn't affect salary at all, so the only question would be training time. Not sure exactly what you would have to sacrifice but some HA/DR might be expendable if you had to give up any skills. Alternatively, if you didn't have time to get his passing up to 13, you could keep his skills as is, and play him at PF on offense with a defensive switch to SF. 11 PA is more than adequate for a PF at any level, and 14 JS/17 DR/18 IS is a mismatch at any position.

There was already transfer with >140TSP player, so it is possible. He had even lower salary. I'd even say it is possible to make 150TSP player.
