GS and injuries count for BBM games (so an injuried player can't play), but BBM games don't count for training, GS,... But a player injuried during a BBM game is never injuried for more than the game itself. And the BBM games are always played with an enthusiasm of 12, whatever is really your enthusiasm ;)

Until last game I was together with Obira and Estrellas with 9-3 on the first spot. If you than look at the team salaries, you'll see I have one of the lowest in the whole league. I'm even under the salary limit. So my players are really performing very well this season. BBC A-City on the other hand is currently placed in the playdown zone. so I can understand why some players were elected and some not.

You were on P1 because you had an easier schedule than me or TGE, if I hadn't lost against TGE I would have been on the same place next week after FC Urartu (my TV game hehe, perfect match for high enthusiasm and a win).
But your win against Estrella was remarkable and that's why you are in front of me. But the season is not over yet.

I think they are not elected on that base, it's pure statistics, otherwise Obira had more players in the team. Teams who have bad GS-management has player who makes more minutes and better statistics, I thinkt that's a reason as well, but I'm not sure.

And especially for my player, Lyles, he is really the star player of my team and it would really surprise me if there is a better PG on the blue side at the moment. Salary is not all and I can share his TSP is 124 :-)

It depends what your skills are, TSP says nothing, you could have 20 in blocking and 20 in passing or something like that... I can't deny that Lyles his statistics look good, but I think when Waters reach a GS of 8 or 9, he will be a bit better than Lyles. But it all depends which tactic I use, in some tactics my players perform much better. Fun guy to watch who use his tactics for his players very well, BC Slammers in the first division, went crazy when I played against him haha.

3pt shooting contest is something else, that feels like a lottery every season.

Not a lotery, go to leaderbord, 3pnt shooting percentage, well there you have the top5 and the opponnents fort the contest... But I don't get why Hassan (Boes) isn't invited haha...

No problem mate, you can't know everything, I think for an outsider of my team it's hard to see what the actual fuck I'm doing hahaha. Because I don't make enough money yet. I made some mistakes at the start of this season because I was afraid for degradation and now my team has a pretty high wage level... And it's hard to see who I'm training because of the older age of my main trainees.

Not sure why this is relevant to the "all star election are ridiculous" discussion. It's based on the games that have been played, not the ones yet to come.

If you just want to point out that I have an "easier" schedule, got lucky to be that high on the ranking and you could be on the same spot as Beerschot Bears is now, fine by me, I'm not into that kind of discussions. :-D

Obira's key players play PF and C. Unfortunately for him, there is much more competition than for the PG/SG spots. Leigh and Wouters surely didn't steal that spot as top picks, imo.

But I must say, I'm no expert on how the elections are made. All I can say is, I don't see any ridiculous choices of the game engine, in our league of course.

And about Lyles, I might have focussed a bit too much on his skills in my reaction. But my main point was to show it's surely not "ridiculous" he was voted as top spot for the PG position, if you look what he did with his team as the key player.

That in combination with the fact that his first game(s) were probably with a bad GS (always low after being transferred) and he now still is only at 7, it's not that weird he did not got elected.

I'm sorry if I was to harsh to you mate. I just pointed out that you have to check the standings after the first 7 games or the 8 after, in between it is a bit pointless to say I'm as high as Estrella and Obira... That's what I meant

But I analysed again, it's just the guys with the highest approximated rating I guess.

That's 100% correct, so it's actually remarkble he was already 4th in the election, I shall be happy with that and hope to have my players have higher ratings in the futur.

True as well, but it's improving on the highest tempo possible, one per week after transfer, next week he will be 8 and in play-offs hopefully 9

But let's have some fun in the next few weeks, everything is possible, I'm doing some (bad or good, don't know that yet) transfers as well in my bench team... And I hope my players stay healthy and not getting cut like Harm Sas haha

Dahmn, I doubted the whole week to go full against Union Liege, because he wouldn't think that I would do that, last minute changed my mind to play with an adapted tactic and low enthousiasm... so sad, next goal is winning against Golden Era

Yes got my win against TGE, I think his tactic was not a good one, Princeton is not such a good tactic on BB and in this case I had an higher enthousiasm so, yeah I'm happy but also a bit disappointed because of the small points gap...

And another impressive win of Beerschot Bears surprised me so I need to keep pushing to secure play-offs.

Is that normal? An injuried player during the 1st half came back on the court in the 3rd quarter?
