Ohhh, I believe we can all agree that our chances to enter WC are preaty much over..
Nontheless I believe SirJaws did his best and one thing is for sure that running a NT is alot more demanding then running your own club and one of the reasons is that you know what you need to train to improve and have direct control over your players when it comes to the club but on the NT others help you train them and you can do what best you can with what you have.
Though SirJaws has alot more to improve and Im sure he will and I want to ask of him to be more participative - if he doesnt involve more with the NT who will?
First of all send guidlines and ask players that own SA players to do that try that because I can tell you that it is a huge motivation to others to see that you really care what happens to their guys, our guys. If you dont keep communicating with them they will forget about the bigger picture and thus concentrate on building their team allaround rather then helping a guy two and thus helping SA.
I have old guys in my team that are in the NT and it isnt very good for me to keep them because they train alot slower they almost reached their potential, still I keep them and train them until I squeese every drop of training left in them to help our NT...
I hope you understand what I wanted to say and a good manager should know how to take praise or critics alike.
Maybe its better to not qualify in the WC were Im sure we would get beaten by the other worlds strogest teams for sure, and win some scrimmages and help building a better SA NT.
All the best, South Africa for ever
