Again, this boils down to training.

You know blue from TDP diba? He posted 2 guards who should be the future of our team, if trained properly. Kaya i helped him create a plan to train both his picks and have a better squad as well. He could PM me every week or every pop-up, para ma monitor ung progress ng players.

If we can have a mentoring program, managers would be more knowledgeable and they should be enticed to play longer and pay attention to their team more, since they would be winning games. Tapos their players will get trained pa. Thus, we can get the guards and centers with the highest skills, in their best form. Mahirap naman kasi to rely on what we have and expect a player with center skills with no outside skills to guard outside players ng opposing teams.

Tapos for the multi-skilled naman, we could help them create schemes to train their players both sa inside skills and outside skills. Like a PF with center skills tapos with outside shooting. Para we can go Motion and exploit their big men na kulang ang defense. Medyo tricky din kasi you need other young players for this to work. My experience in team management should kick in.

I have Nera and Niembra who could be in the lineup, pero ung height nila prohibits them to train faster. You cannot expect me to throw away seasons of investment in my current players, and long-term planning just to train a player in one position. Siguro kung may farm team ako, and I happen to have a 5k salary, 18yo player there, then sige train one position every week. But I don't.

Kasi, mali ang concept mo of sacrifice. Like I said, I am not asking for other managers to train their player in one position, exclusively. To those who I have mentored, I usually try to find the optimum training for their team that would include the player with potential. I am merely telling suggesting that they could train that player every week. With the proper team management, they should expect to have a winning team, and us a player for the NT. Sacrifice ba un kung meron sila trophies and a strong team to show for their efforts? I call it investment.

If you cannot train your players to be the best, then how can you expect other owners to train their players properly for the NT?

Who says that all managers train like me?

This should have given you plenty of time to set up your team to be better and time to learn from your mistakes, and clearly you haven't, despite your 'experience.'

Are you pointing out that when you said that very arrogant remark, that i would be preparing for you? I know you are one of the good managers here, but why the hell would I do that? I didn't play this game for you, man.

How do you expect to win games with the NT, kung di ka manalo sa sarili mong team?

I expect to win with the help of the U21 players... It's all about the skills of the players, tactics against the opponents, and dedication of the U21 players' owners to the U21...

Being on top of the league was an achievement in itself.

I also won the Philippine Cup last season, despite going up against Aldo and Jubas consecutively. I might have been lucky, pero this is no small feat. Also, I have managed to have somewhat a winning record for every season that I have played.

This is my definition of success.

Also, if you look at my team, almost all of them are 21 and below, so I train young players every single time. Again, with that experience in training and team management, I can help other owners to develop their players the same way that I did.

Mga Chiefs, maganda ang approach ninyo sa training -- spot the potentials and ask their owners to train them. In a few season, hayop na yung mga players. Agreed po. You will get my vote as the national director for scouting and player development (if ever meron).

But but but... For the U21 manager, we need you to lead whatever we currently have to some decent finish in the U21 tournament (improve on the previous finish). Over several season, our players will improve but our opponents also improve (yung iba mas grabe pa ang training). What we need to develop or to find out is how we can build our national teams and/or exploit the game engine so that our relatively weaker U21 (or NT) can make more noise/upsets in the national tournaments.

If you dont want to expound on your build plan, I understand (we need to keep some things secret). Just tell me if any of you candidates have any build and strategy plans that are not ordinary (eg. typical skills requirement per position)

Would you be open to try what's in the rules regarding pace vs stronger opponents? http://www2.buzzerbeater.org/BBWeb/rules.aspx?nav=Tactics

A slower pace will often result in higher-quality shots, but occasionally will result in bad shots at the end of the shot clock. Fewer possessions in the game also means that scores will be lower, which means that bad teams can stay closer to good ones.

Pansin ko kasi, our U21, NT and a good number of other Pinoy teams, even when alam nila mas malakas ang kalaban, fast pace pa rin ang gamit. Kailangan mo umiskor one point more than him to win --paano na lang kung hindi nga malakas offense mo.

Small lang actually nagawa ko but Im trying to illustrate that with a specific build and better understanding ng game pace pwede tayo maka-chamba ala David vs Goliath.

Not prepare for me, pero ready your team to face stiff competition in the future, pero from everyone. In the same reason that I trained my team to become great again; winning against you and shoving it to your face is icing on the cake.

My statement may have been arrogant, but you deserved it. Like I said a few seasons ago, ang kapal ng mukha mo to make that statement when I was down.

For those na wala pa dito nun, I had a team which was poised to take both the Philippine cup and the PPL trophy. I was at the finals na ng tournament and at 21-0 record if I recall correctly. Then I lost my team right before the finals, and ended up losing both. Although competition from Jubas was tight, I had a good chance of doing it. Tapos gagawa ka ng ganung thread, which clearly was against me, after ilang days lang of losing my team?

You were asking for it and rightfully deserved my remark.

Again like I pointed out, your comments always "safe". You claim that yan ung gagawin mo, pero walang concrete plan.

Your statement was very 'pulitiko' like in a sense, na sinasabi mo na "papaunlarin ko ang ating bayan sa pamamagitan ng inyong tulong and inyong tiwala", without giving your exact plan on how you would achieve that.

I suggest doing it in taglish kasi pwede pa din nila maintindihan ung sinasabi natin by copy pasting a post, then using google translation tools to understand it.

I'm surprised that Hayop knows about farm teams. I salute him and it only means that he has a deep understanding of the game, despite kakasimula pa lang nya. And ung computations nya for training one on one, and handling was superb.

Anyway, farm teams existed pa since Hattrick. Spring Chickens should know this. For example a divine++ player having 30million+ salary (HT denominations) a week.

Ngayon, a farm team will train this player until forever to get training pa din despite the fact that this will be somewhat of a reason for his team to lose games. Kasi to survive, he needs minimum gastos lang for the rest of his team and ung star player nya for the National team takes so much from his weekly budget.

In summary, strong star player, weak team members, strong star player gets trained every week.

Let me expound:

for example I have a team and pull something like this

18yo
all-time great
7'4

JS - JR -
OD - HD -
DR - PA -
IS respectable ID - respectable
RB respectable SB -

(- can be any level)

Which makes him the perfect trainee. As a farm team, I would train him for IS (C position only), REB (C and PF), ID (C position lang), for him to get the maximum amount of training every week. He could get another trainee pero focus would be on this player.

In the next few seasons, the manager should expect a player with monstrous stats and a 50-100k salary. Afaik, ganito ung nangyari sa U21 finals ng USA and Netherlands. Netherlands was so powerful for Team USA to handle, and with the correct stats, ended up winning the game by a huge margin. (4722235), (4722050) just to cite a few.

Medyo kakayanin nya ung salary, pero he will end up with a weaker team, kasi the player of the manager chose this road for his team.

Again, having a farm team is completely legal and should have no repercussions whatsoever. Pero, this should be within the rules, like bawal ung multiple teams, and such.

I would want to implement this IF managers would be willing and be dedicated to train a player for maraming seasons despite knowing its disadvantages. (ie, weaker team overall, high wages). It COULD be implemented only if managers would present themselves to do this, kasi I would not want to impose on them naman.

I will be busy during the weekend kaya this should be my last reply for a while.

Enjoy guys. :)

People have their ways... hindi naman pwedeng lahat ng gawain e isu-spoonfeed mo...

pero compare my ratings to yours. anong season kp nagsimula?

those two quotes are from you... and it's clearly contradicting...

May I ask why nga pala nawala yung team mong
poised to take both the Philippine cup and the PPL trophy
?

Your statement was very 'pulitiko' like in a sense, na sinasabi mo na "papaunlarin ko ang ating bayan sa pamamagitan ng inyong tulong and inyong tiwala", without giving your exact plan on how you would achieve that.

No, my statement was more like "Paaangatin ko ang bansa natin sa pamamagitan ng pag gamit ng kayamanan na inyong ibinigay, gagawin ko ang lahat upang sulitin ang bawat binigay ninyong hirap."

Yeah... it think na parang ganyan nga yung sinasabi ko...

And man, chill ka lang...

Another pacute and safe answer yet again.

Please.

Pero alam ko na mahihirapan ako with managers who know better ie Jubas and Aldo, not you, LOL despite your so called "experience". I wanted to have a good team again because I wanted to compete.

I'm not taking that from you... why you always bringing that up when I, in the first place, wasn't saying anything about me dominating your team?

nope, it was a reply to a post wherein it tends to mislead my posts...
