the difference between a PF and a C is that the PF should have much more rounded off skills.
i mean a PF should be good in outside skills as well which is not much required for a C(though he also needs passing and other skills to a decent level)
but i dont think that ur player would make a good PF so it is better to train him to become a C.first of all train him in IS to sensational.
then just rotate IS,ID and RB training and u will have a really good C for div IV

It's a interesting plan, they will be defensively awesome.

But attacking wise, I'm very interested how they will function, and what kind of levels JS + PS is needed

Definitely, but just train his guard skills. He is so short that his inside skills will take forever to train. What type of guard you want to make him?
