But I am ripped off with Presley, he is the second best player on the U21 team but the coach wont play him.

why wont he play Presley?

300k is a big loss for a player definately. I payed too much for a guard who didn't shoot as good as his stats would imply. needed to get rid of his salary so i get more money for next buy/s. also i could have lost more if i let him get too old. decided to pull the plug as i've made no improvement with him in the team. might send me down into danger of relegation but it had to be done

You shouldn't have much trouble with the Bandits, if you need to buy a cheap older guy to fill a defensive role for you but it would be a shame for you to demote, Helmink would be too expensive for a div IV team to keep so do your best to stay up here :)

keep pushing wolfy! good move if the players arent performing as expected, ship em out.. i am doing the same thing, i have about 90k of salary going out the door today. any 1 of you,me or ranga could finish anywhere between 4th and 6th. Be smart, keep gameshape up, keep enth up, and you might have a shot at 4th!

There's a big reason why your players are under performing. Your game shape is quite bad, no matter how good the player if he's in bad game shape he'll play bad.

Not bad coin back overall mate, looking at your records you are not much behind, especially seeing as Hurriyet you had for 2 seasons, I count that as a win. How far was Lech of the 97% profit though, 88/89? So 90k off the roster, that is a mega bonus mate, you will cruise though to 6th spot most likely, don't think the ranga will be selling off to much shelf space and Wolf man, whilst you have played beasts already I think it could be a bit hard to catch the Mad Ranga!

yeah i am really happy with the results of the sale.. to only lose 200k or so on a 31 year old hurriyet was great, as i calculate he would have made me way more than 200k in his time here. with the price i got for Lech, i pretty much broke about even.. overall a slight profit, i should have trained his ID but just couldnt do it :D i didnt want to sell hurriyet, but his prime pos was PG, and as i am training that he was played out of pos and was costing money.

add that 90k to the 40k odd i shaved off staff salaries this week, i am in a happy place :D not sure how the season will pan out. i really dont want to finish 6th, but i think courreges and brumercik will be better through training so should help me there.

only thing is, i am spewing i missed the arena price change window, would have been nice to get a few extra fans in the gate, especially now that i have a cool $1m + to spend on upgrades :D

yeah i'm expecting to finish 6th like last year, skyhooks are still a better team imo, and i struggled in inter-conference play this year so i really could get demoted from there. however i'll find a way to afford helmink even if i slip to div 4, and saving for that next piece could take a while.

i think we are pretty evenly matched now.. we have 1 player but a couple of nice trainees then rubbish... i think u have 1 beast and more middle tier players. personally out of 6-7 on the red side now, i would much prefer to play Cre than the Bandits... the bandits are inconsistent, but seem to pull out the big wins when needed.
