I got a training update announcement, but my training page shows tomorrow's date and no results from training.

Did this happen to anybody else? Does it just mean that I got no pops or drops this week, or will I see some kind of results on the 19th?

This is decidedly odd.

My training also lists the 19th instead of the 18th. However, I have pop listed on my page. I'd say it's possible that you got no pops this week though. It's happened to me a couple times while training Pressure in particular.

Yeah, and I apparently had my team's training done too, but apparently only got (oddly enough) 3 drops in stamina... never had more than 1 drop in a single week before...

You have to train your players so that they get better in certain skills. The update in skills happens on Friday afternoon (in India) There is a good description in the FAQ which I would strongly advise reading. It makes a lot of things much clearer.
