yea but if you interview a 19 years old, your gambling on the 19 years old being A+ and high potential at the same time... he could easily end up A- high 3k to 4k.
while a 3 baller 18 years old is maybe a 3k guy but since theres no sub level, you know what your getting so you only gambling on the potential being higher than the 19 years old. 1 season of full training of a 2 baller can easily have a higher salary than a 19 years old A or similar to A+.
I dont see any correlation between rating and potential thus I would pick the 18 years old everytime.
We all agree that 4rating 18years old > 5 rating 19 years old, right?
I just dont think theres any reason to waste your interview points (2points) on a 19 years old... but seeing the new system coming into play, I might not even use the points unless theres 3-4 5 rating 18 years olds or that you have a great pick since you probably wont be getting any of your top preferences even if your picking 5-6.
havent been doing the group demonstration since only got 9 18 years old in my 1+2ball catergory so... that dillemma hasnt presented itself

in the old system, you would have no trouble picking up the 5.5 19 years old guy since he is already interviewed for you luckily as well as you dont know his age. but now, no reason to waste 2 points when you can scout 2 18 years old and hope for better rating than 3
