Thats what I mean. In terms of potential cap, 8 ups in SB have an impact like only 1 up in OD/OD. So, to make a better player, one can definitely raise it somewhat.
But I understand the concerns about salary. Does anyone have a clue about the impact of SB on a SF? I don't really understand the bb-salary calculator:)

Personally, I wouldn't train JS any more -- at least not directly. In addition to training 1 v 1, as you suggested, I would train Jump Range to get the desired JS pops. I think you could squeeze in 2 JR pops to go with 2 JS pops (one from 1v1 ,and the other from JR training)

Well, If you can get driving up without a JS pop, I would try to get at least 1, preferably 2, JR pops. I am in the "JR is under rated" camp.

I Would leave his Rebounding at strong or proficient, passing at prominent and IS at prominent too, then some 1vs1 training. My opinion.

I read on the forums that SB is probably the skill that raises the salary more and doesn't necesarily mean an upgrade according to the money. I'd rather train ID and OD a bit more than SB, and probably it will increase.

thats count mainly for big men, even when i am not sure if it really worthless. I had medium amount of blocking on must of my big, and they still make a fine number of block. And "medium" means to low to match the offensiv skills, and to high to be independent from salary which should be the worst decision you make in shotblocking.
