well guy's. even with my team, i'm comming down. i must have had the best squad of all the teams who ever finished 8th in the conference. whoever goes up, i hope you don't end up in that conference, cause without the cash to buy at the very least 2 serious impact players, you won't be able to hold your ground ( unless another teams economy gives way, something i'm not anticipating).

Best of luck and i'm hoping that i'll be rejoining you guy's soon ;)

it's a sort of rotation that goes on. The division rotate on a number, hence to end in II.3, i'd need one guy in my division to go down aswell. then i could end up in II.2 if not, i'll be going to the division before or after II.2 ( i know their is an algorithm. it ain't pure randomness)

Target nbr 1 is a fact.
Despite Hackett's injury blow, the team managed to rch the league final.

Now it does look like mission impossible vs wolves but who knows what can happen in 3 games.

Hate to say it, but TBS has earned a shot at challenging Belgiums best managers in the BBBL.

he can finish you off in 2 games. He's got enthusiasm on his side. He's got HCA on his side. He's got the better team, and most importantly, his team is deeper than yours.

Last season, i got lucky. i decided at the last minute to forgo game 2 in the finales and get the extra cash of game 3. i nearly lost game 3. Halfway thru the 3rd Q of that game, the score was tied at 46-46. Then, TBS loses his Chinese C. that is a big blow for him, since his C was keeping him in the game. My bigs weren't able to overpower his inside like i had expected they should have. 4 minutes later at 50-60, he loses his PG, which was his best defender. Corman, who had taken a shot up untill then, suddenly went 6-6 and dropped 16 points. The rest of his team came apart shortly after that. TBS nearly beat me on my court!

Now, he's even stronger than he was last season.

The BBBL is very unforgiving. It has destroyed several teams. Falco has gone up and tried to stay up. He failed, and now his economy can't seem to land him a young player. He has to buy old players, put them together and hope they can take him to the BBBL to tank some money there so that he can rejuvenate his roster. rejuvenating your roster in II will take ages, and you need a weak conference to do it properly and fast. TBS had the weak(er) conference (not disrespect meant towards the other teams in his conference, but none of them would have made the PO's in the other conference. just goes to show that the left conference is much stronger than the right one). He was able to save enthusiasm, have deep cup runs and have deep PO runs, while being able to save cash. And the cash he got was wisely invested into the right players.

he has so many advantages against the left conference, that TBS nearly can't lose. My team was better last season than his, yet i needed 2 injuries to be able to win it last season. My decision of going for 3 games nearly cost me my promotion.

TBS has guards that should be able to match up with his opposing teams. i had 2 trainee's, De Cloedt and Corman (who under the best of circumstance should be back-up guards. they aren't worthy to start in the BBBL). I Had Nt starter Marichal, a SF who could hold his ground, and an acceptable rotation. However, you can't go up with a hole at a position without having above average players at the other positions. I thought that my bigs would be above average, but the other BBBL teams have gotten much better since i was there last time. In the other conference, i would have been sure to avoid the play-downs, but in my conference, i was the weakest team. Add to that the fact that i had to sacrifice some games to stay in the cup at the early stages, aswell as 2 injuries and a couple of unlucky GS updates at critical moments, and that cost me a shot at making the play-downs!

Your team isn't ready to go up yet Neutra. You would require a new SF, atleast one new guard and another big. TBS is set in the guard selection. he's got 2 starters. he'll need a back-up guard for rotation tho. He's got a good Big and i reckon his PF will go up to a 80 to 100k big. he doubled his salary last season, and i reckon he'll be better now. So that leaves him with the need of getting a SF and a back-up guard. he's got 2 guard, 3 bigs for rotation, and back-up SF is already available. So if he adds another guard for rotation, then he has a shot at staying in the BBBL.

your guards are old and will need to be replaced within 3 seasons from now. you've got a big in Maljers, and your PF might be BBBL worthy. But your guards aren't starting worthy and you'll need another SF. that means 3 impact players, and those players aren't cheap to get.

you still got a way to go, but atleast you are heading the right way Neutra. Maybe next season ;) if i come down, i'll be planning to stick around in II for 2 seasons, so if i end up here, it woudl be goo

Allright, finals!!

Good luck to you Neutra. May the best team win.

Our ambition is clear i guess. If we don't promote our team is in big trouble financially. We won't be able to hold the team together then. So I hope we make it.

Revo, your analysis is pretty good. We will need reinforcement if we want to survive in BBBL.
We have some cash left & with the promotion bonus we should be able to add another good guard.
I hope Longobardi can hold his own on the SF position. Christofilakis's training should be complete during next season.
After that we will concentrate on turning Khizriev into a true SF. So that gives us 2 worthy SF's in a couple of seasons.

Greetz,

Well, that's it.

After 6 great seasons in II.2 we've managed to get a ticket to BBBL!
Thank you all for the fun games. I wish you all the best of luck next season. And I hope to play one of you one season from now in BBBL (or all of you back in II.2).

Next season will be a big challenge for us, but we should be able to win a game here and there, and who knows with a little bit of luck we might be able to hold our own in BBBL.

Anyway I'll keep an eye on II.2, and maybe drop by now & then.

Good luck,
Bye.
