Good to see mate. Give it another a year or two. Try to keep expenses down while still being competitive(more wins = more money) in the league and work on that arena especially. Once you've trained up 3 or so class players as the foundation of your team you can build around them. Just get that arena up while saving that money.Got myself a new PG at a bargain price I might add which leaves me with only a PF to purchase before next season. Not sure if my signing will make a difference in the finals because of the GS hit and bad minutes he had for his previous club last week but will be nice coming off the bench lol.

The Big 8 seeding looks to be already set. Statistically, I cannot see any way that a team can change their current position, no matter how good or bad they do in the final game of the season.

This means the playoffs will start with the Victorian Allstars vs Dragon Buddies and SF Warriors vs Eggplantpopolopolous.

Baxter gets to play with himself for a couple of weeks in the lonely #5 spot while Bazinga and Maple Bacon fight relegation against a tougher conference.

Super Goal is gone.

Welp, done and dusted. Poor timing for SF Warriors to have their highest paid player get injured in the last game of the season, essentially in a game that did not matter.

I'd like to believe that Baxter Bullants will improve next season but there will probably be 3 new teams in our conference next season and at least 1 of those is likely to be a good team which means Baxter Bullants might be fighting relegation next season unless they make some serious gain with their roster training.

Blowing 500k on a guy with a 6k salary that will be 22 years old next season at a superstar potential level was probably a bit hasty, don't ya think Brendo? I acquired a 19 year old guard with MVP potential earlier this season for only 51k.

Hasty? Absolutely!

I don't have time to watch the market, so he was there, I was there, I had some money... boom.

Plus I was ticked off with the crab I had playing there, so I could do a switch straight away.

I'll see what the draft brings, but I'm going to see if I can grab a good PG trainee early in the season, and build them up.

I'm looking forwards to seeing who drops in, and promotes up to III.

Looks like my season has come to an end but I maximised every bit of skill my players had and exploited every possible weakness of TVA's roster, I just didn't have enough talent in the end as his roster is worth $198,241 and mine is only worth $100,241.

A 10pt loss in the semi finals after a 45% win season is good enough for me.

So it looks like we'll go around again.

Brace yourselves.

I've had a good season, I'm really looking forwards to next season, hopefully the dII team demoting isn't much chop, and the ones coming up are rubbish, so mid table will be great, maybe even sneak in a playoff game.

Plus training, plus hopefully finding a good PG trainee, and it'll be happy days.

next season's going to be tough if everyone spent this season training. if people actually try, 6 people could possibly contend

Eh, have to see who goes up as well. If not this year I'll make a bigger go of it next season but I'm hoping to promote, still VA's big men really worry me especially since they've had some considerable training this year as well I'd presume. If I can keep those guys even with my big guys(worried about Warden getting grilled) then I think my other 3 positions should carry the series for us, we'll see. Good luck to my opponent, I'm far from confident....

Mate, you shouldn't have a problem...

I have a really weak roster, consisting of one 60k player, two half decent players around 10-15k each and the remaining 7 of my 10 players make around 3k or less. I have to start at least two players that are 3k p/w or less and have all 5 bench players that makes around 2k per week each.

I'm surprised I even did as well as I did.

Yeah I just checked and remembered why I lost my last match verse them, played a trainee at SF last game and my big men swapped positions which which was a tad out of position.
