Here's another bet: I bet I can communicate a lot more effectively with other managers than the fine example of it you show on this forum.

The ability to use question marks where they are needed.

You haven't trained a single great player yet

(looks at roster) So you wouldn't take a 23 year old SF with TSP north of 100?

As for the last part, did you not know you would take over when a manager goes inactive?
Did you take a proactive approach and start talking to managers before taking over and giving the missing advice?

Thats rude.
To communicate with managers, you have to keep the interested in training U21 players.
By adding on those extra words, you are chasing people away.

So, if you want a U21 manager who will respond to your messages respectively, it's just another reason to vote for me.

I believe,I asked Pzczyna about the structure's of Nt's
But, I couldn't scout.
Because if you dispatch players then your enthusiasm would go down.

I don't think that's the plan here.
Beating all the teams with whatever players it takes, that's the plan.

As for your attitude towards my previous posts, that's not what this thread is about

I will fully communicate nicely and with Canada's best interests at all times to all managers of trainees. If I wasn't prepared to do this, I wouldn't run for this position in the first place.
