I'd guess maybe 10+10 for group things, maybe another 15ish for 18 year old scouting, and 20ish for the interviews? Probably less than 60 all up.
With the haul I got from this draft, I'd say it was more than worth it. Omu alone is worth 2-3 times that according to his TPE and that's before I let my level 6 trainer get to him - and Burridge is one of the best steals I've seen at pick #37.
