or it will be a worthwhile boost in the long run, which will have the unfortunate affect of encouraging tanking since something like an extra 50K a week is absolutely going to entice anyone who has their sights on B3 glory.

I like the rest of your post but I have to say I disagree with this. I think BB's have effectively addressed tanking with the high salary floor and the fan boycott so that it's not the fastest or most effective way to gain money. If you're trying to make money fast and buy this arena upgrade, it's much better to be a middling team hovering close to the salary floor than to tank.

1. why all the arenas look like Football stadiums? i mean what basketball court has no roof?

2. How much does it exactly boost merchandise? Is it substantial or super minimal?

What? You've never seen Above the rim or the air up there or white men can't jump? So now we know why shooting percentages are so shaky in this game.

Another nice aesthetic but just some eyeliner to go with the lip atick we stuck on the pig a few months ago. If you want to add depth to the economics let's start to decide what types of March is sold, what kinds of confections are at the concession stand. We got TV money, how about radio rights?

But in the end this is a cute addition and I did drop 200k to step above the basic design. Though it does add a level of homogeneity. Yet it leaves this feeling less like sim city and more like Monopoly, but at least were off Baltic or Atlantic

As for answering your first question, I have no idea if it is worth it. I did however upgrade my court for 0,2M out of curiosity and it seems like the next structure still remains within the full price of 0,5M. If the new feature is really an "upgrade", they should have allow us to build up the structure piece by piece. Imagine how would upgrade of seats look like following this logic... Paying every seat anew if expanding for 1000 seats? :O

There, now you know a bit more about the feature.

If this is confirmed, it's a TERRIBLE decision

I do not know, the truth is with almost any update, all the players put their hands to their heads and repudiate it, without having even tried it, does anyone know how it really works? What could be improved ?, very possibly if, like almost any aspect, but in that sense it would be better to propose modifications and not go directly to this is shit, go disgust, petty nonsense ...

I am pleased with the modifications that have been added, some more than others, are spending time on the subject of personalization of the equipment, which is always something pleasant, I will invest a symbolic amount right now to see how it works initially, maybe it's a big investment, or a bad one, or just serve in an aesthetic way, but it's still new and free content for the most part.

Let's be a little more constructive, let's help them by indicating that it could be modified or improved, but do not attack them continuously, that's never nice for anyone.
