You are right, although I believe my original point was that I had never used DMI to scout my opponents because I felt there were other factors more important.

I understand that. But at the time I had to defend this theory which worked for me, and also tied in how it would greater increase the accuracy of your method, while you just tried to shoot the idea down as terrible... Just because I don't have GM next to my name doesnt make my opinions any less valid.

But, hey, thanks for opening my eyes a bit wider! I appreciate it.

No worries! That is what this forum is all about. Believe me when I say I get more out of these forums than I give. I put my idea out there because it was an idea I thought of myself and wondered if anyone had done research on it. Whether someone had the idea before me or whether I was the first to bring it up, I am definitely not the numbers man who can put an exact figure on something like that... But its good to see people now supporting my theory, especially when it's harshest critic is also now a believer!
