an off-the-cuff hypothesis: the trainings that go slowest are the ones where the compound improvements would otherwise have the biggest effect.

if true, everything would sort of balance out and there would actually be no way to outsmart the training system.

"If something trains fast, it cannot be worth much."

For me that makes total sense that one would construct it in this way...hmmm, wouldn't this be same for the wages the players get?

Skills that drive wages more contribute more in the game (for a given position) - what do you think? Or, do you think that there is lack of alignment between wages and performance contribution?

I assume that the wage calculator that is around is your contribution, right?

Some skills do not contribute at all to the wages at certain positions? Can this really be true in the game? Or, does it only mean that you get tactical flexibility for free?

Taking your example of IS for the SFs? What is your interpretation of this finding? I find this slightly puzzling...

The wage calculator is a great tool made by Josef Ka indeed, he can predict the salary's very accurately.

However, it isn't a 'official' calculator, so it's hard to say if the expensive stats contribute the most skillwise in the engine. It may very well be, but maybe it's different as well.

One last point, I think they may have omitted or underweighted certain categories to make it more likely that the player shifts to a more appropriate position. For instance, a "SF" with a very good inside shot is for all intents and purposes a PF or C not a SF.

I ´m doing research on passing training for the whole team, I don´t see any results yet in the first message, but had anyone did it before me? If not we could have pretty accurate numbers by the end of this season.
