I am not sure that I understand what you are trying ti say. You are saying that because you have good OD, you started training JS and you got a pop-up in JR after 7 and 9 weeks for each player!! So you believe that someone can pop with 2 weeks of single position training in JR. Am I correct?

Yes
So what is your explanation in my case? I have OD 11 and JR 9. Why didn't I pop after 3 weeks single pos JR training?

I don't know. It also sounds slow to me. But OD 11 is too low for a 6'3'' guy with superstar potential anyway. Try to get at least 14. In china people always train OD before JR and get consecutive JR pops.

But if you have high JR already, does it speed up OD the same way?

It's logical to think so but my answer is no. I don't have enough data to verify my answer though.

Can anyone tell how fast does a player improve in OD at the age of 22, height 6'3'' with a level 5 trainer and superstar potential?

No one can tell you exactly because he may have high sublevels or low sublevels. I'd say it would take around probably two weeks to three weeks.

Two weeks, before you reach OD 15. That was with lv 6 trainer and single pos training.

Can anyone help me estimate how many weeks it will take to get a pop in inside defense on a 6'0" player, 21 years old, with a level 5 trainer, on single position training? Anyone have experience with this?

I was training similar players in inside scoring and they were popping 2-3 weeks.

I'm here to report about fast Passing training and elastic effect...

I've been training one-position PA for 5 weeks now with 1 on 1 training thrown in. Trainer level is 5. My main trainee Polh looked like this before I started with Pa training:

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: respectable

Now, after 5 weeks of PA training:

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: prolific
Driving: prolific Passing: prolific ↑

So 4 pops in 5 weeks. I think PA is really the fastest training there. I know he probably had high sublevel, especially because he popped from Respectable to Strong after only one training, but 4 pops in 5 weeks is nice anyway. He went from Respectable to Proficient in two weeks, than one week nothing, then from Proficient to Prolific in two more weeks. He always played full 48 minutes.
