Could it be that cross training simply adds the 10% to the skill close to popping?

for example - if you are training stamina and one of your player has *.9 in OD and another has *.9 in SB - they both might pop because the common ground is the skill being *.9 something?

that would explain why it doesn't have to be the lowest skills that get the CT...

I've been training 1 on 1s and I was expecting a player to pop in IS two weeks ago, but he didn't and I was sure he was awfully close to popping IS. I trained OD after that expecting that cross training would go to IS, and it did. But I'm still not sure if it really does choose to go to the skill close to popping. Maybe I gotta do some trainings, and note which skills are close to popping, and then do another training that doesn't train that particular skill and see if CT helps out...

Have we yet been able to determine if the random training goes to the same skill across all players being trained? That is to say has anyone seen a cross-training pop on two different players in the same skill in the same week? I guess I would assume that this is not the case, since it is random, but at the same time, can they really have 3 (or 6) guys on your team being trained in different skills? Not sure.

A few weeks back, I was training FT and had one guy get a CT pop in OD and another guy in ID, so it at least says that for team training types, it can go to different skills.
