I do not agree with removal of Tv contracts.. Take me as an example Im in an Iv league and I just started this game like 1 or 2 weeks ago and I don't tank but Im pretty sure at the end of season 21 Im gonna get relegated by being in 8th place or getting blown out in in a relegation series and so I don't think It would be fair.. as me being a new user to get my TV Contract taken away just because BB started me in a league that I wasn't ready for is a pile of B.S . And also poeple always complain about BB not having 60,000 managers on here it's not because this games not interesting because ... Its because things like this happen they come to the forums and people are trying to stop tanking and this is what they'll say to themselves" I ight as ell quit Buzzerbeater before it shuts down no use of eve trying to play" well here's something for you THERE WILL NEVER EVER BE A DAY AS LONG AS TIME EXIST THAT PEOPLE WILL NOT TANK NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE DOES THERE WILL ALWAYS BE PEOPLE WHO TANK. The only way you can really stop people from tanking is to find tankers and report them... only way man.. and as soon as people start getting there Tv Contract taken away and they stop profiting as much they will quit. And then there will only be 40,000 managers then 30,000 then 20,000 then soon after BB will shut Down Y doesn't BB show ads on Tv maybe that could get some more user's??? But I do agree TANKING IS EXTREMLY STUPID AND RUINS THE GAME EXPERIENCE.. IF SOMEONE TANkS THEY MIGHT AS WELL QUIT. Being in a league with all tankers is like being in a league full of Bots that's not fun at all. Another thing if BB takes my Tv contract away because they think im tanking next year and it's really because they put me in a league to high for me then that's 1 user they just lost and other's WILL follow me as soon as they get their tv contract removed. This is the last thing.. BB will never be perfect you can try and try all you want people are always gonna find a way to cheat on here. This game is just like death no matter what you do you'll die 1 of these days and no matter what you'll do here will always be an inperfect BB. So yeah Good Luck trying to fix something that well...can't be fixed :)

According to all the suggestions I've seen made on this, you wouldn't have a problem. The suggestions about taking away TV revenue are tied directly to teams who give up walkovers by not putting at least three players in the starting lineup. If you don't play the game, you shouldn't be paid for it. If you lose because you're put in a crappy situation, that's entirely different.

what do they accomplish by that, if they don't desire to compete in a higher division, then why are they participating in BuzzerBeater, My goal in this game is to compete in the highest level and to grow to be the no.1 team, if anyone has the same goal he would not be able to that by tanking.

So if anyone is tanking, then they are hurting themselves.

leave them alone they are just no fun let them get bored and leave the game.

On another note the decisions that the managers of this game took in consedraion of this problem "Tanking" is gone hurt the game especially the competing teams.

everyone, I have an idea. Ok let's raise the amount of players fielded to 5. If a team doesn't field 5 it's a WO

now. If it's a TV Game getting WO, then The team that forfeited get's penalized for 2 weeks. The money then goes to the Winning WO team, who can give any league day to host a TV Game. Also, the losing team has to refund the fans to so now they give back what they've earned, so now Let's use my team as an example (cause I forgot where Natellio's TV COntract thread is)

I host a TV, I lose, so I earn a 58k a week TV Contract. So 2 weeks penalized iss a 116k deduction. then you have to give back to the fans. Let's say I am at my arena, it makes 90k roughly in money, so not 90k loss is a 206k ddeduction, which derails a D5 team WO, of course the severity of a WO in D5 is like buying a 200k monster. But in higher leagues, this WO could be devastating. So I like it. It totally deletes WO.


If there is no TV game, and it's a WO, WO team gets penalized 1 week merchandise and TV. Again my team as an example that would be a 170k loss (90k arena, 14k merch, 60k contract roughly) SO still a WO would be devastating.

To me this is a great idea cause it's a very dangerous idea to Walk over now then. If you're in debt a WO can get you bankrupt in a snap of the fingers.

But what happens if I am facing a superior team, and have no chance of winning, and just want to play 3 people for training purposes, or what if I want to play 4 people and the rest of my team is near 48 minutes? What then?

Maybe we should start a suggestion thread/petition/poll
