I would give him more than 1 pop in PA if you want him to contribute more to your teams offensive flow. His IS isn't that high so being able to pass the ball seams to me quite crucial coz hi will take some "bad" shots.

I understand it might be tough to put him as PG but you will have a much more diverse player when PA goes up a bit, especially the pops from atrocious to inept/mediocre.

First off, I personally would start with switching between OD and PA for PG this season. Mayby some JS depending on how the rest of the team are able to score and how important it is for you to win relative to the importance for you to train this TO...

Also, with some nice driving and IS (added via 1v1), this guy can be a really great LI PG. Keep his JS and JR pretty low, and he'll be cheap, and very effective for the salary he'll earn. Nice!
