There are so many variables in that. There's an old saying which goes well: You can please some people all of the time, all of the people some of the time but you can't please all of the people all of the time.
Saying to someone to train a SG inside shot when they usually play Run and Gun will take some pursuading, are you willing to do this? It's all well and good in having a 'plan' but I doubt you'll follow through with it.

Training Plan: Why should I have to inform no TELL a manager how and what they should train their own players in? I expect most BB managers will know exactly how to train their own players!! If they want help from me I would have been available to answer their queries.

See, this is why you you weren't able to make this comunity grow. You think that all users have been playng BB since the time you started , and you forget that many young stars, start in low league teams, that have that team for 1-2 weeks and don't understand the importance of training nor how to do it. >It's important to assure that young players are trained, even if it means sending a message to the users every week with the apropriate training.

Interaction Plan: Well my 'plan' was to use the England Forums to promote the U-21s as I mentioned in my speech with interaction with the members of said forum on players/tactics/games etc.

If nobody uses the forum, posting there to atract people will not work. We will have to find another way, and an idea is, while talking with the users about the training, we would tell them about the forum.

Don't think that I'm being agressive, I'm just showing our measures for overcoming this problems, as you asked for

Just because there is no-one responding on the forum doesn't necessarily mean that no-one's reading what is being posted. I would be interested to see how you could attract more interest - don't forget that the English community is fairly small in comparison to other countries with many teams becoming inactive rather quickly.

i know it sounds far fetched, but I would indeed ask.

i have all my career trained guards and I regret not having bought players with higher inside skills. I will train after season 10, inside skills and I will train my guards as well. They have inept and mediocre inside skills at the moment.

I dont know whether I will be right and it will only show once I make it into the top league, however players with all skills except stamina and free throws being at sensational level (something which i think is achievable in a normal time frame) makes better players than for example a team filled with bigs with mostly inside skills at a high level or guards with mostly guard skills at a high level. i am going to try to get as balanced players as posible and only time will tell whether this is the right choice.

ps there is a saying that I know, asking is free, and you can only gain from asking and never loose... so why not suggest other players what I was talking before?

They are getting inactive because they don't fell atracted to the game. Imagine that you sign up ina a new game. You don't understand how it works and you start loosing all games. You start losing interest for it and you stop playing it. Now imagine that you start the game, and someone says that you have a good player that, in a few months, can be in the NT and he is willing to help you train him and help you with your team. Would you still give up?
Think about it

You are saying that you want to train all your team in all the skills?? how will you do that in a normal time frame? Or how will you get money to buy a team like that? And then you say that you don't know what are we talking about...

Look Astragoth, for this things exists 5 positions. You have to based one player for one position. Why you want a player with sensacionals if that player find a center with inside shooting, inside defending or rebounding in 14 or 15 and lost.

i think they would quit. while 1 they come mostly from hattrick and are used to an easy game and want to play an easy game, and secondly as i stated before England is not a basketball crazy nation and never will be.

I am not saying your opinion is wrong, I just disagree with you and cant see you make the english community more active, something all other coaches tried since I started playing and failed...

With regards inactive teams - Good point well made, I thought you'd pick up on that rather than answer my question though.. le sigh.

I've answered that. I just think that the measure they took wasn't the right one. I'm not saying that I'm the best and that I will be able to solve this problem in a blink of eyes. I'm just saying that we need to use other metods. It's not because one didn't work, that all of the others will fail. You fall, but you have to get up.
