It's amazing! My Center with 10 in I.Defense stopped a player with 48k of salary.

'' He has 32 years old, and the opponent 22 ''

And you're the National Manager of your country ...

Hey, I have one question for you. How do you know that the 48k player that your player stopped, didn't have, say inept IS? He might have probably stopped himself without the need of your defender.

All right, it's easy to understand your (or kopersboy's) skills in this game, but please do your favor to yourself and don't comment on things you don't even remotely understand. Let alone arguing against a much more experienced player (!). Or when you don't have facts. Or against a NT coach. (!!)

I'll say something that I think you'll like.

I saw his skills when he was in TL.

I think he was 13-12-13, something like this.

but there is some difference which experience makes to a player...i mean if that dosent make any difference then what is the use of keeping that skill...
and moreover it is ligical that an experienced player will think better than an amateur...and i strongly feel that experience does help a player think better in tense situations and that would give the team an edge in close games...

I've seen experience having a huge effect in games so many times that it even sounds obvious to me, still it doesn't count as much as GS.

But as long as everybody keeps their GS up, I believe 80% of the most experienced managers would love to play a 30 yo 50k PG if their leagues were filled by 22 yo 100k PGs, I've seen that working well before and for me it's a crystal clear fact.

So ... Experience it is important!

I guess experience can change one game!

Well you might claim that you're right and he's wrong because you are more experienced and you're in your 1st season as NT manager. But now you're against me, a manager who's played BB since season 3 and have been U21 manager up to now starting from the season before you joined BB?

Well, actually you might want to reflect for a moment on yourself. You are so old in the game, and still have a world ranking worse than most managers that joined the game at least 5 seasons after you. The only explanation for this, is that you are a total newbie. Sorry I can't think of any other reason.

Oh, and the bold part that you quoted me, was actually meant to be irony. You failed big time in your post Terfo.

What a great idea! Let's judge about persons knowledge by his world ranking! Just marvelous.

No not really. I didn't even say that. What I actually said is that, there must be a reason why someone doesn't improve over the years (Tertu case). Can you help me finding that reason?

Oh and you judge that he doesn't improve because of his WR? It changes so often.. So it means whenever he rises in the ranking his knowledge improved and vice versa? C'mon, everyone improves in time, the players of this game are always getting better and if you keep your position at the highest level (1st league) it means you're improving. Otherwise somebody would overtake you.
