Haha I almost wrote that yesterday, as an alternative that I like better, because it will decrease the overall quality of players in the game instead of increasing it slightly. And decreasing is a good thing right now imo.

The problem, and it's a huge problem, is that people who plan to start training soon will be at a tremendous disadvantage compared to people who have already started training. Their payer would never be able to reach the levels of those started right before them...

BBB: 2 (S37 S38); Top tier: 7 (S35 S36 S37 S38 S39 S41 S63); Cup: 9 (S25 S35 S36 S37 S38 S39 S40 S41 S61)

But... U21 Competition will be more competitive than ever... I dont think that most of the managers will abandon what they have Trained in the last 2 seasons because of the proposed adjustments... Coz that will be very detrimental to their Nations U21...

Its just that the Draftee Quality just gets better... by just improving the 19 y/o starting TSP... which will make you the Managers think Twice before Selling or Firing their acquired Draftees

Actually a great training facility
How about instead of risking making 19yo too powerfull (lets remember how much 1 year or training costs) and increasing their starting TSP we instead give them higher cap on one or two skills?

In my opinion 19yo have to be overall slighty worse than 18yo but right now they're just trash mostly.

Imagine we give 19yo the ability to have 2 skills at maximum of 11-12 instead of 9. You could find some hidden gems in the list, like 11-12 is/id on a small guy or jr/od on a big.

Yes, their starting skills would suck even more but those extra few levels in skills that are hard to train would:
Increase their value a little bit
Make people spend scouting points on skills reveal
Add more strategy to the draft (going for unique 19yo from higher picks instead of 18yo, since they will be first picked)
Maybe unlock a little bit more strategy in u21 (really doubt).

What do you think?

And what about... And here me out on this one... Letting the 19yo as they are but decreasing de 18yo average by 20% !
This way we would balance things out but we would not get another step to max out players potential easily.

Thats not a good idea imho...just compare 10 18yo good drafts against 10 good 19 yo drafts. The 19 yo drafts are at a disadvantage we all know that, there is absolutely no reason to make training slower again, because what you say is somehow equivalent to the old slow training

BB was just extremely too slow for a game and at least after the youth trainer gym addition and more, bb is now just slow. Tons of managers have quit the game because they were bored...what u propose reminds me of the old days...we had to wait 3 years to finally enjoy a draft being completed as a player
