Only good thing is, the players got 10 minutes extra to gather experience. Other than that: not so great. You did a good job and if you go to 2OTs, you made the right choice since there definitely was the chance to win the game. It's just unfortunate that we didn't win. Can't be helped. You'll just have to beat the other teams who won't expect you to beat them. And advance to the second round like that.

Yes, it's going to be a tough season. Winning against Portugal would have helped quite a bit. You really might finish 5-3, but 4-4 is also quite possible. I just hope it doesn't go down to 3-5. And if our guys stay in good gameshape, maybe you'll surprise us all with 6-2 record AND qualifying for the knockout-stage?

Both Trainees with an OD up. For one of them it was the second in two weeks and the third in four i hope he can hold it up...


If he keeps up that pace, he'll enter the NT right away at age 22. And after winning the gold medal with the U21 team. Or something.

The U21 team got its win for the season!
I would want to tell the boys good effort... But you showed up, that's what counts.
