AFAIK, the PR staff LEVEL affects ticket sales, but by how much, I do not know. Crowd Involvement is just a bonus that gives an advantage to the Home team. Yes national appeal means that there will be more people cheering for your team than normal but it also doesn't mean that you get ticket sales from your opponents arena :)

At league 4, I don't recommend spending too much on PR. Concentrate on your Trainer. Get atleast a level 5 trainer.

DMI as far as I'm concerned doesn't mean anything :D It's as simple as that. It's just some number used by the system to compute training but shouldn't be much of a concern as long as you get your 18-22 yr old players to 48 mins a week.

The DMI changes every friday during training and its value is somehow related to playing time for that week. But if your interested in playing time just add the # of minutes that player plays per week. But what you do with info is kinda limited, in terms of scouting as it does not even indicate if the player is being trained or not.

Which is why it's important to know kung sino ang tinetrain ng kalaban mo. Because like you said, the salary may not reflect the actual skills of the player lalo na kapag deep into the season na cuz baka ilang beses na nag pop ang skills nya.

Some ways of knowing who they are training is,

1.) Check the AGES of the players.
2.) Check the PLAYING TIME of the players.
3.) Cross reference the above two and check which positions they are ACTUALLY playing. (Their natural position does not necessarily mean that they play that position in game).
4.) Knowing what position that they train their players in will give you a better idea what skills has already improved since then and adjust accordingly.

This is just one aspect of scouting, knowing what and who they are training. And this is just a very SMALL part of scouting the opponent since in higher leagues (1 to 2), the trainees may actually not be playing in games that count because they are probably too weak to play against the big guys. However, in league 3-4, this could actually play a big part of the opponent's actual game plan since more often than not, the player they are training are actually their star player.

Pero then I realized that it would just cause too much imbalance. Imagine if in League 1 you will be able to train a near perfect player with phenomenal / legendary skills in 3 to 4 stats na kung ganun. It would ruin the market, it would ruin the game. Everybody would end up having the same kind of players with the same stats.

In the end, if you want great players, you should just invest in getting the best trainer available with the money that you have and train the rookies to the best of your abilities. Choose which stats you want to improve on and hopefully those stats fit the kind of mix of players and the style of play that you set.

P.S. I'm just glad I could help.
