Did he get that JS pop as a secondary pop? Because according to the original post Passing doesn't train JS.

No doubting you but was asked this on our NT forum.

No, that pop came from 1 on 1 training in between 5 weeks of PA training (that week I screwed the minutes).

quick question from a new guy: for multiple week training needs, how important is it that the weeks be consecutive?

as long as you can still fit in all the necessary training weeks into your training schedule, it's pretty irrelevant. If you don't see a training pop, that doesn't mean the player hasn't improved; and his improvement will stay stored in the database.

That said, there should be a clear distinction between trainees andd non-trainees on your team. Training all positions a little won't get you far in most cases.

That's what I was hoping you'd say. Thanks.

I've been training JS for guards for a few weeks now and just noticed that one of my players popped in JR twice in 3 weeks!!

That's insanely fast, especially considering it is via JS training and not Outside Shooting!!

I'm sure that the elastic effect has a lot to do with it, but still!

Jump Shot: strong ↑ Jump Range: inept ↑
Outside Def.: prodigious Handling: prominent
Driving: proficient Passing: strong
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: respectable

He popped from pitiful to awful 2 weeks ago, and then awful to inept this week, all via secondary training from JS!
Love it :D

I think my player that I posted just above would suggest that OD is more likely than HA. But anything is possible I suppose.

Can someone tell me when does inside defense train faster?
Which skills do I need to train first so that I can get maximum speed?
Please do not answer if you intend to say about potential, trainer level or age and height.
Thank You!!
