Could you make a announcement of the election?

As I see, it's very hard to do or just nobody cares?
I don't want to complain but I think it's necessary: 1. for managers who don't know, every season is an NT or u21 coach election 2. just an announcement and invitation to everyone. I have one example of this. About two seasons ago, there was a II league manager who playing this game since season 6 and he said in a forum that he didn't know that the elections are held. I think many managers don't read national forums at all or too rare..
In Estonia we have 861 active teams. Season 21 was 51 votes (+/- some votes in first round) in Eesti NT election, this is only 5.9%. I take a look other countries and the results are almost the same

Red colour notification, on the menu list, like it is for BB-mail and scrimmages, when we have replies in the forum.

NT game results should be hidden for supporters if they choose, so they can watch the game after it has been played without knowing the result first. Supporters already have this option for their own team's games.

(Alternatively have the option to put NT/U21 games on to your own fixture list, then everything on your fixture list is hidden until watched...)

In cyberdunk you can tell a player (roughly) what percentage of his shots will be IS JS or 3Pt attempts ( percent must be 5% min ).

NBA players don't respect even from higlhy experienced coaches, so...

In NBA though, if I brought LeBron off the Bench in 3 straight games he'd demand a trade, or start tanking, etc.

In NBA players wouldn't stand playing for a team that loses home games by 20+ points but wins every road game...

NBA to here comparisons are a bad idea to argue against an idea that...I don't agree with either, but isn't horrible.
