LOL,

You are the pearl among those before mentioned, semi-farm team with two 100k players, and you think that you are the right person to talk about "good or poor management issues", well, I don't know how did you grasp the whole BB idea, but I can tell you that it's completely different from the way I did.

P.S. @EGMs: sorry, but I needed to answer that in this way

I am a semi-farm team? I have two 100k centers who I don't train, one 77k power forward who I am training in perimeter skills, a few other players, and then 4 rookie 18 year old pg/guards who I have started training this year (because after 7 seasons of training big men I wanted to try something new). So I am a farm team for two players who I don't even train? Are you serious?
If this is the level of discussion when one or two users dare try to bring constructive criticism, then obviously this forum is a waste of time.

Edit: to further underline the stupidity of your statement, I would like to point out that you take my team as an example of poor management (in regards to game shape management and consequent game throwing), and yet this season I have not, nor do I intend to, throw any games. And last season, when I did throw 4 or 5 games, I was one of the top 16 teams in the Cup (in the country with the most BB users in the world), and I came within 3 points of playing the final in an extremely competitive league (and I managed to keep a healthy economy). Would you call that poor management? And if my example isn't enough, I would like to point out that last season's italian league&cup champion threw a handful of games during the season, and has already thrown at least one this season. Do you think that he is an example of poor management (even though he is the best team in Italy)?

I have a question referring to that: If player's stamina is high, can you play more minutes per/week? I think that with a guy who has prominent stamina, You can play 80 min week. Am I right?

This was actually exactly my suggestion, which you can find in other recent threads in this forum.

Well, I have nothing against that.

I think it would add a touch of realism and a bit more depth to the game shape aspect of the game. Anyhow, I explained it pretty thoroughly in one of the forum day threads.

It only raises the value of stamina. That is not good. What will happen to those players with inept stamina? Train stamina 1 season then start training something else? It's ment to be hard to do well both in league and in cup. If you have a strong team coming up in cup then you have to manage minutes by "throwing" a league game.

Just for the record, stamina should go from inept to strong in 4-5 weeks, not a full season.

Depending on if you want to play 3 games a week with starters or not.
It would create a lot of hassle anyway. With training stamina for your team. Selling backups and buying low stamina backups for game shape management. What if you decide to train youngsters after cup. Game shape dropping for the whole team. Starters that need 3 games for GS now can play 2 etc.

Most people seem to think stamina is currently a useless skil, anyways. In fact, I would go further and say that anything over inept in stamina has questionable benefits.

Also, I rarely see a difference in price on the transfer list for players between awful-prominent stamina.

The two-time defending MVP of the NBBA and the perennial rating leader in the NBBA both have proficient stamina, and it definitely helps their performance.

I think stamina helps performance.

But I believe the point newchuck was trying to make is that if there is such a big adventage in performance when moving from 4 to 8, because, when you consider the cost of 3/4 weeks of training to improve stamina compared with the benefits of improving other skills when you already have stamina 4; asking if those next 4 levels would really improve(I mean some important increment) your overall performance when compared with 2 key skills in 2/3 players in performance AND market valuation.
