Well last season my backup SG won the 3pt competition and was the star player of the all star game. So there's really no telling.

ASG coming up. Since I am new to the conference, any guesses as to who will be on the teams/3pt contests? I haven't looked over everyone's rosters/stats so I have no idea who the star players are.


I've really grown to dislike the All-Star Game. No defense at all and virtually no fouls makes the whole thing a horrible gauge of how the best would really compete against the best.

From my team, I'm absolutely certain that Alf Reinertsen and Tracy Owen will be in the 3 point contest as the only players who have made 30+ threes so far this season. I'm not counting on any of my bigs to get a whiff of the all-star team, but you never know with the unpredictable voting process. Guards, on the other hand, is a different story. Owen and Reinertsen should make the team, and possibly Ivo Barreto since the SF position is weird.

Sorry Hokied, looking at the schedule, even if I or Albany could pull off a huge upset it wouldn't matter. Nashville will pick up around +200 PD from That One Team and now bot Bobos. Looks like he'll have HCA the whole way.

Just looking at number of posts in Season 14 threads, II.3 doesn't seem to be too active either. Too bad.

Yea they only have 26 posts. The number of bot teams or teams whose managers havent logged in for a while in Div II is alarming. We have two here in Bobo's and That One Team. II.3 has 4 inactive teams, 10th Avenue Vikings (former NBBA team), Blue has a Clue, Blue Crazys, and Mean Machines. II.4 is only Div II league with all of its managers active.

After a while only way for success is blowing up the team. No player trades, crappy draft, insane salary increses for staff and players. BB's should find ways to make the game more attractive for long term users.

Well, I was probably the only team to do so, which I blew my chance already, I was surprised I kept it even so close despite nashville putting more effort into it.

The game is too damn complicated. All these player attributes that contribute, training, game minutes, strategy, home court or away advantage. drafts, salary juggling. You end up spending a lot of time per week figuring things out.

And sooner or later blow up time and start all over.
