Right it is working again.

I think these are the teams in order of power although I cannot be certain. For now I have just placed rank 1, 4 and 5 in the West, 2, 3 and 6 in the East and 7, 8 and 9 in the South.

Number of playoff teams: 4
Game time: Friday 9:00 CET

I would start inviting people asap so everyone can get their supporter organised but please don't start the leagues until everyone is ready.

The South is perhaps stronger than last season.

it may be stronger than last season, however i doubt it will be stronger then the West last season
