What did I say about you beating Jerries in the play-offs?

Meanwhile my frantic search for players for next seasons campaign has begun, starting with another small forward of unusual size. Now I just need to acquire someone to replace the recently sold Novakovic, and I might add a 3rd player also before the GS reset.

It was a pretty predictable result in the end. I am pretty happy to have won the HCA for the series. I don't think I can win but I have done everything I can to give myself the best chance.

Jerries got pumped but without injuries it would have been different. Boyd took advantage & he went off! You can still win, we are both as thin as an anorexic model, 1 injury or foul out can tip a game. Bring it baby!!!

Lol I jinxed myself. Not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 injuries. Wow thems the breaks. Now I know how Chicago & Portland feels. 31-14 1st qtr, was looking great then Lockwood, the best player in the league is out. Back up already out injured. 2nd back up just back from injury & in sucky shape, then the next backup is injured as well. You gotta laugh.

He will almost certainly be on sale in a week so no point keeping him secret.

I trained him, I got him to the USA U21 team where he won the gold medal. He was league MVP in season 21 & 4th in 20. He has led this team to League Championship 2 times & runners up 1 time. He was the 3rd player I ever bought.

Roche may also be on the block but at 20k a week cheaper he seems the 1 to keep while I rebuild for a season. Got Jeremy & Emory now my young PGs they are my future.

That is criminal. Everything suggested you were going to promote. I am not saying it won't happen because it could easily happen to me as well in the next game.

Reminds me of ezyfrag's horrible luck in III.15 playoffs these past two seasons...

Ah well it is part of what makes the game exciting, you can never be too sure. OTT I am glad I am not alone, but I am not done yet, 1 tower still stands so I say moose, bring it baby I am planning on the biggest monster upset of all time, lol.

There are no chickens to count over here yet. I have played this game for long enough to know you have only won when you have actually won.

Ha ha too right. Believe it or not last night in the scrimmage my backup PG (5th highest DMI of the remaining healthy players) was also injured out, that is 5 now lol although Red is back. This is just too funny.

Make that 6 after tonight. Any more injuries and you have a zombie apocalypse on your hands over in Springvale...

It is a shame that injuries played such a large part of the finals series for everybody. In the end the true result will never be known. There are some very good managers in this league.
