no you wont...

as is said a few times before. as long as you arent trying to cheat, and trust me, you know when you are cheating, than you have nothing to worry about...

this is correct.

So..you're basically saying we should report all suspicious transfer listed players if we see them?

correct.

GMs are alos human and can't be everywhere always, so there indeed will be things we did not see ourselves, and in those cases, yes we rely on the community.
The more help we get from the community in this matter, the more cheaters we will be able to intercept.
Also; the more the community is helping us, the higher the risk cheaters get in when they try to cheat, which will result in many not trying. And that's good for everyone.

If one week there is no demand for a player with a certain amount of skills and the next week there is enormous demand

where in real economy this may be possible, in BB it is not.

as all teams try to improve all the time they are constantly looking for better players. As there are always teams with prety bad players and less bad, and average, and better, and good, and so on. All players except the least good on the TL will always be wanted...

any one player in BB will never go up or down that much from 1 week to the next. There is no such thing as a player that is not wanted this week, and very sought after the next.
Either a lot of teams are interested, or the player is not interesting to anyone. This won't change over a week, not even a month...

this is a very confusing sentence.

anyway. If you are able to buy a player who is realy worth 200k to 400k, for 10k; then there is no problem with selling him for his real value afterward. I doubt you will be able to though, but in case it does happen, no problem.

Is this typical for the estimated price range or is something not working properly? This player was purchased for 5000 a few days ago and he was immediately relisted, and the low end of his range is still 90000.

I think a good change to the TL would be if a player has been transferred recently(2 weeks maybe), that transaction is displayed instead of the estimated range. I know this info can be found with a click, but as a newer player I never thought to look for it until reading this thread.

Edited to remove player card link. He's on the TL

You're ignoring 2 random factors which can lead to price fluctuation: random mechanics(injuries and skill downs on older players), and the human factor(caffeine fueled bidding wars). Those factors won't make say, a $5k salary player go for more than a $10k salary player, but they can definitely make a player go for more than other players with the same salary usually go for, if there happen to be 2 playoff teams with injuries and cash to spare. Not to mention if one person takes the time to figure out the peak hours for activity, they can get better prices than someone who just logs in and posts their players when they get the chance, which might not be the same time everyone else gets the chance to place their bids.
