He's got enough shotblocking. Nice hands and OD for a big man, as they're very difficult to train on a player that size. He's peren allstar so he'll cap well before you can max out isi training - you've time to improve his weaker skills. and steadily improve his big man skills to Wondrous (14)

Sell the lot, and buy 21 year olds to train - that way you might do better than a 3-8 record. It's a big, big ask to train three 18-19 year olds and be successful in the top flight of any half-decent sized country.

Nice prospects though ;-)
