He already has 25 minutes of training in OD this week. But any advice on how to train him? Thanks in advance....

First of all, I would make him a guard. Whichever type of guard you want to make him into, that is up to you. His best skills should be Jump Shot/Outside Defense/Passing for a PG, or Jump Shot/Jump Range/Outside Defense for SG.

I probably need to make his best skills JS, JR, OD and PA because I was going to make him a combo guard. Probably more of a play-making PG...

Good choice. You might want to have a little DR on him so he isn't one dimensional. It is your choice, though.

1 on 1 for PG/SG until they HA pops for 2.
OD until it reaches HA level.
JR for 2 pops.
JS for SG/SF for 1 pop.

Rinse and repeat for two seasons.

Well that's the sad thing un this game. Everyone thinks this and that but no one ever dare to try. Why does every player have to be able to do everything? That's not very much like real life.
