Personally I'd be training his rebounding until it caught up to his other inside skills, then I'd switch to one-on-one for forwards to work his DR, HA, JS, and IS. Those aren't one position training areas, but for me that is what will improve your guy the most.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

I think that anybody can't put on me the idea of train handling....there are others that train handling (one on one, passing, pressure)

I was training one on one, it just so happened that handling popped for both players.
