Wow a 22 year old, this revives my faith that players over 20 can improve, you did a good job on this player. Can you say when you started training him?

he was my own draft. he was 19 when i drafted him. as i told: in his first season he just had a few ups because he wasnt my main trainee. in the second season i focused on him and he got one pop after another. last season again he did not get 48mins every week.

btw: next update, so yes 22y olds can improve ;-) i wonder when his cap will come... think its not far away anymore unfortunately.

which is turning into an SF project. So what is a good plan to make these guys great? I've been going OD for most of the season and it's turned out quite nicely. Each of these guys didnt start getting training til 19 so I've tried to make the best of the situation. Any advice?

The only advice I can give is to try to give the second guy the ability to shoot before his potential cap. All of them can defend, none of them can score, really. I'd do JS & JR training until the second guy caps, and then focus on rounding out the other two guys.

I am not sure what you mean by this but don't stop training this guy. He is no where close to done or capped. I am currently training a 24 year old and will likely train him again next season, yes they train slower but it is well worth it.

As for advice other than simply training them. I would agree that they are all solid defenders so now is the time to give them some offensive up side. Train JS, JR, Passing and if you so desire a few interior skills never hurt.

Cheers and good luck!

What ya think about him? :p He's my startin PF.
I drafted him accidentally as a PG... :D That's why he has nice guard skills, except driving. He had ID at 4, had to get it to a higher lvl fast.
