Hi guys it seems like Calvin is likely to be kept on as the U-21 manager so I think I'll give a slight assessment of where I think things will go/ are looking for the next 2 seasons.

Firstly the last 2 seasons Calvin has been pretty successful with some strong results and climbing the rankings so anyone who had been in anyway involved with the players from the squad over the last 2 seasons should be commended for the hard work and thanked from the current U-21 regime, /i don't really want to list names ect So I'll just say thank you on behalf on the guys involved with the squad to all.

If Calvin i re-elected or not I don't want anyone to expect the climb to continue or results to keep coming, very few players have stepped up to replace the core nucleus of the squad from last season so the strength of the squad from my early look at how the players have progressed (using only salary and the few players I have been able to update towards the end of last season thanks to the managers of those players) anyway the next 2 seasons are going to be extremely challenging from every aspect of the game.

It is going to be a tough watch I fear early in the the first season at least, all I can hope is with the view and updates calvin will be able to have paints a stronger picture than what it is looking like so far.


I also hope those who are training Scottish player are able to continue the progress a lot of managers have been able to make.

Thanks everyone for the support and for voting for me!

I hope to continue improving the U21 team over the next two seasons. I have finally drawn up a list of candidates and the managers of the players will be contacted soon. Right now we basically have 2 people responsible for monitoring the progress of players and doing various other tasks - me and JAMES113 (57644).

If you have any suggestions for players that could be added to the candidate list I hope you'll contact me and share your knowledge :) The same goes if you have any questions/suggestions at all.

Let's hope our Scottish youngsters develop well this season and maybe even help us to reach a few wins in the upcoming games :)

Well, I suppose something went wrong with the lineup ... that's really not such a great start. But who knows what has happened - that probably won't happen again ...

I'm sorry for the first game - I decided to choose my lineup an hour before the game and my internet connection let me down... I'll have to set my tactics way before the match from now on.

Well. Except before our game. For that game just use yesterdays lineup :-)

So calling your ISP and telling them to cut you off did help!

No serious, it's a shame, was looking forward to this match as a test case for our squad..

But even though you couln't test very well, you saved enth. and got a big point differential which will make it hard to get ahead of you. :-)
