Hey mate,
You are in a tough division, and are in the tougher conference. So don't feel too bad about losing some games here and there.
A couple of tips for you for the future though:
1. Maintain your gameshape better. Most of your players have mediocre to respectable gameshape. At this level you really should make sure you keep your gameshape at respectable to proficient at all times. To do this, make sure your players are playing between 48 and 70 minutes each week. If you read this before the training update today, you should train gameshape this week to help get your gameshape up.
2. Rather than having a 200k salary player like your center, you would be better off having two 100k players. Basically, make sure that you have good players at all positions rather than just one really good player.
3. Not sure why, but you don't seem to be using your 200k salary player much. If you are going to be paying that much for a player, use him!!!
Finally, you aren't out of div 2 yet. You have a relegation series coming up. Your team is just as good as your opponents, so you never know what could happen.
