Double highlights

Kicked the dawgs out the yard

The Pitbulls pulled off the upset against the yard dawgs on Wednesday. In the 130-115 win Turmo went 13-28 from the field with 32 points. He was keeping up with league MVP from last year Ismael Cortazar who had 35 points. Andrade had 20 rebounds and 12 points in another double-double. " He's really playing well hustling to the ball and rebounding this well at 31 years old" said coach James Calahan. The Pitbulls won the rebounding game by a whole 22 rebounds which really se them apart from the Yard Dawgs even though they had 6 more turnovers and half as much steals.

Disappointing Loss

The pitbulls lost to the fiercekitties by 15 points 102-117. The pitbulls now have the 2nd worst defense in the league but do have the 3rd highest scoring offense in the league. Andrade had another double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. The leading scorer wad David Parilla with 26 points and 7 rebounds. Alvarez had 24 points and 7 rebounds. The pitbulls played much better they had more steals they tied in rebounds, more blocks, less fouls, less turnovers but not enough defense. I expect coach James Calahan to really work on defense in practice. They also let a 10k PF run loose on them with 42 points. Get your tickets at the Fanta Center to see the Pitbulls take on the Marin Sharks in 54 hours.

haha. I got the 2nd best scoring offense, with 111.0 points a game and 3rd best defense. Allowing less than 80 pts in my last games...........

I have #4 offense and #4 defense.

makes sense because my team's salary is #4 in league.
All 3 teams ahead of me have higher salaries, 3 teams with better defense, 2 higher salaries. And 1 team, whom's toughest scheduled opponent so far, was me. Next week/next 2 games are #1 and #3 salary teams in league.

These last three games I have #1 defense by a mile-I held kvillepanthers to 54, Houston Mustangs to 79, and killed Chicago Scrappers to 58! My best game of the year so far is; 2OT thriller against 76ersss, and 56 point BLOWOUT against the Scrappers.

Tough, I would be very interested in a merchandising comparison between yourself and your friend comethaley. The CRF Flamingoes.

he has 3 guys in scoring leaderboards and another in assists. Where you have no one in leaderboards.

I just got Henrique Forjaz in leaderboards. He's 5 in Points Per Game and 5 in Rebounds. Unfortunately he's not homegrown. Fortunatley theres Buzzer Manager; Coleman's catching up in laederboards. He's 20th right now in Rebounding. He'll be starting against mi4mi. So that's an easy game. So he can get up to 11 rebounds a game soon, which will put him in 15th. If he keeps getting 14 rebounds a game, he'll be at 14 soon. Which is 4th. So by the all-star break I hope to have 2-3 guys in leaderboards; Mikey Johnson, James Coleman, and Henrique Forjaz.

Offsite Pitbull Press Open

The Pitbull Press has been added to the offsite. " But do not close this thread. I decided to add another Pitbull Press to give more fans a chance to read about us." said John Wilson (Pitbulls GM). This is Tony Lee reporting to you for the Pitbull Press
