Dude, I think you're doing ok - despite the noise.
Get through this season, and do what you need to do. New slate next season.

So I have question - is there any database of skills of other players, who are out of NT? Or maybe is here somebody who has contact with Taiyo and can ask him to send me actual database?

I'll send you a list of the 21's that I think could have a chance for the NT.
BTW....I would love to see a depth chart. I want to see if Asano is as bad as Tsunami..:P

Asano has worse SS than Tsunami but better distribution of skills. ;-)
(In fact it's hard to imagine worse distribution than Tsunami) ;-)

Could You show me Your depth chart in U21? ;-)

I can add the RB and JS etc

Tsunami should never train JS or RB anymore. If you don't know how to train player properly you can ask me.

And I have one more tip. Good idea for owner, who has NT player is not to set him to squad on Thursday if he has 90 minutes played in Saturday and Tuesday. In fact NT player should play between 55 and 65 minutes every week.

Here you can learn how to good manage minutes of NT player: (23057724)
55, 56, 62, 60, 57, 59, 59 and 58 minutes in all weeks in this season and game shape between 8,80 and 9,00 during whole season. In effect he is currently the best scorer (sum of points and percentage), rebounder and shotblocker in team, which is leading in World Championships.
