Well, that ranks up there with one of my worst losses in buzzerbeater, after being 13 points up near the end of the 3rd...

Agreed. And I lost my best scorer with enough minutes left for you to take it home. Painful game this sometimes.

You could have at least been kind enough to have him injured when you played me!

But yeah must be that time of the season for injuries. Currently have 2 of my starters gone, just lucky I've got a Div.III team this late in the cup but it's screwing me over for our league that's for sure :(

McArthur was unplanned... Though going so cheap I couldn't resist, even if it meant I lose money weekly now. On a positive note the cup run has helped somewhat ;)
Sad that I had to offload long time players Kent and Vulcan...

I remember Vulcan giving me massive headaches but even I'm said to see him go. You've had him since day dot basically, but you have made a fantastic purchase in McArthur. Once you are out of the cup and get your teams form up, others will need to worry.

In terms of cash, You may still have enough space on the roster to keep Kent by getting rid of a couple of players and lowering your staffs pay by getting new cheaper ones. Just a thought I guess.

Anyways, hopefully you can do it (no offense towards others). Only if I can win my RL ofcourse :p

JW's roster is strong. I was confident until his recent purchases. Be interesting come finals. I play to add one or two more closer to the end.

Kind of sux this drop in GS after a purchase! McArthur has been well below expectations so far, i can only assume it is in face GS that has seen him struggle. That CUP loss sucked, goes to show an expensive roster means nothing!!
Yeah, Kent would've been good to keep, but the money he brought in for his sale and minus his weekly wage will help me survive. I will let go of staff as well, can't keep operate at a loss!! hahah
Stiff competition in this Div... can't just buy my way to a c'ship unfortunately... Donkeys is looking the goods with his MUCH cheaper roster! On my side I'm expecting Winnerz, D-Flames and Porirua to make my life difficult.
